The UVA Health ID Badge Office provides ID badges for those who are required to wear a UVA Health ID or require authorized access (employees and/or students of the UVA Medical Center, University Physicians Group, School of Medicine, School of Nursing and other Academic employees in student health, police, security, facilities management and select other departments) to the UVA Health buildings.  The UVA Health ID Badge Office is located at 1335 Lee Street, Room 1205, located in the front corridor of the  West Complex Multistory Building.  Questions?  Call 434-982-4009 or email for more information.

Patrons who require access to both the UVA Health and Academic card readers are only issued a UVA Health ID Badge. The UVA Health ID badge provides access to both the UVA Health and Academic card readers.
