Spring 2021 Students Moving On-Grounds
If you do not have a UVA ID card, and have not yet submitted a photo to the ID Office, you should do that as soon as possible at idoffice.virginia.edu/photo-submission. Your Academic ID card will be available for pick-up the day of your scheduled move-in. You will need to pick-up your ID in advance of your time slot for move-in from the ID Office, located at 525 McCormick Road in the OHill Dining Hall. The ID Office is open 8 am - 5 pm, M-F. There is short-term parking directly adjacent to the ID Office. Please remember to bring a valid government-issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, or US military ID) to obtain your UVA ID. No appointment is necessary for Spring Move-In IDs.
Other Academic ID Needs: To schedule an appointment for the Academic ID Office in the next 30 days, navigate to Academic ID Card Information, upload your photo, submit the application requesting an ID and then select a preferred appointment time slot.
